Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Molia Fashion, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of artificial jewellery, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Returns without valid proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Minor variations in colour, finish, size, or stone placement inherent to artificial jewellery

Earrings, nose pins, rings, and intimate-use jewellery items

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance

Customized or made-to-order jewellery

Products damaged due to wear, misuse, water exposure, or improper storage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

Such issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with images and an unboxing video.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return request, we require:

  • Order ID or invoice
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images showing the issue

Please do not send your product back without prior approval from our support team.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected:

    • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding approval or rejection

    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment

    • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after inspection

    Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account again

    2. Contact your payment provider or bank

    3. If the issue persists, contact us at {email}


    Sale Items

    Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or clearance are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


    Exchanges

    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

    • Only one exchange per order is allowed

    • Exchange requests must meet all eligibility conditions

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued upon approval.

    If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original purchaser.


    Shipping Returns

    To return your product, return instructions and address will be shared after approval.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

    • We do not guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking


    Important Disclaimer

    All products sold are artificial / imitation jewellery. Slight variations in colour, polish, finish, or stone setting may occur due to lighting and screen differences. These are not considered defects.
